Capstone
A TUAS learning entity, that brings together students from different fields to work on a company assignment. It unites work life and studying in a more realistic and concrete way than before. Students receive valuable experience and offer companies creative and professional competence. Students are chosen from different fields for the projects based on their interests, which in return enables diverse competence and passionate working.
What can the company get while participating?
- The primary objective in Capstone-innovation projects is to produce a prototype for a company in a form of a product, service, or a potential solution for an unresolved problem.
- Find potential candidates for the company.
- Capstone convinces companies to bravely explore new perspectives, experiment with new ideas in a user-oriented way, and involve potential clients in the design process.
What are the requirements from the company site?
- The project should be presented by the company at the starting fairs
- The company representative should be available to communicate with the students if needed and provide the material they need to complete their tasks.
- Companies should be aware that the project will last three months and will be worked on alongside other courses.
- Companies must state from which field of study they primarily want students for their project.
