Capstone
Capstone innovation project is part of TUAS learning entity. Innovation project’s goal is to familiarize students with other fields of study and to introduce a work-a-like project environment in a safe and familiar environment. Projects are given to students by companies or Educational Institutions, and they wish students to have an outside view of these projects, in other words, they wish for students to have innovative problem-solving.
Capstone project groups are usually 5-10 students in size and consist of varied TUAS fields of study. This way students get to work with different fields and get to recognize different skills in these fields. Group sizes vary on the amount of interest of the students in the course with the exception of a few specific fields of study which are always included. Capstone is made available for almost all fields and is possible for everyone.
Capstone is not only for networking with other students it is a course that demands participants’ innovative thinking and work hours. Capstone also allows the students to do work outside of their fields.
